Shopping cart works well and order processing is smooth. We do see the site has a few browser compatibility issues. For example, the search button on the top right is not aligned correctly on IE8 and Chrome, item and dollar amount in the mini shopping cart bar is not aligned correctly on Fireforx and IE8. Such little issues don’t stop customers from buying but a quick fix will definitely improve the site usability. One great feature on the site is “home theater personal consultant” where you can submit your question and get professional opinion on products later by phone or email. If the company can turn this feature into online real-time chat, we believe it would benefit shoppers more.
